Bill was born and raised in Appleton. He attended McKinley, Madison and East High School. He graduated from UW La Crosse with a degree in Elementary Education. He taught for two years in Las Vegas, Nevada before returning home to teach in the Appleton Area School District at Columbus Elementary School. He earned his Master’s degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Educational Leadership. He served as the Principal of Badger Elementary School for four years and then made the transition to Lincoln Elementary School. He has served as the Principal of Lincoln Elementary School since 2009. He is proud to be a Lincoln Lion.
